Meet Jenni
Counsellor
Level 4 Member - Australian Counselling Association
After more than 10 years of counselling all ages across both the non-government and private sectors, I realised that helping people build healthier, more meaningful relationships is what I'm most passionate about.
I believe that when our relationships are strong, every part of our lives can benefit. Our relationships influence how we experience work, family, health, and the way we move through the world. Whether you're navigating challenges with a partner, family member, friend, child, or your relationship with yourself, I provide a supportive space where you can explore what's happening without fear of judgement.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I believe our emotions, thoughts, and nervous system all provide valuable information about what we need and whether our lives are aligned with what matters most to us. Together, we'll explore your values, increase awareness of unhelpful patterns, and honestly reflect on whether your actions are supporting the life and relationships you want to create.
While personal growth is powerful, I believe that some of the most meaningful transformation happens within the context of a couple relationship. Our closest relationships often mirror our deepest attachment patterns, strengths, and vulnerabilities. When couples are willing to slow down, understand one another, and develop new ways of communicating and responding, healing can occur not only for the relationship itself but for each individual within it. Healthy relationships create a secure foundation from which individuals, families, and communities can thrive.
I draw on evidence-based therapeutic approaches and tailor each session to your unique needs, recognising that no two people or relationships are the same. My aim is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes that foster greater connection, resilience, and wellbeing.
Seeking support can feel like a big step, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside people as they navigate life's challenges, strengthen their relationships, and create positive, lasting change.
I am a Level 4 Member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and I adhere to the Code of Ethics and Practice which sets professional and ethical standards for counsellors in Australia, guiding conduct in counselling, research, teaching, supervision, and related professional activities.
